I’m Jordan Larralde, Movement & Mindset Coach and founder of Keep Moving Fitness — a brand built on the belief that real transformation happens when we align the mind, body, and self. Through my own journey of rebuilding momentum, I discovered that movement isn’t just about fitness — it’s about forward motion in every part of life.

My Story
I’ve been overweight for most of my life. I struggled with binge eating and, honestly, I just didn’t have the mindset to change. I’d try something new, fall off, and end up feeling worse than before — stuck in the same cycle again and again. Then one day, I stepped on the scale. 450+ pounds. That was my breaking point. I’ve got two kids who mean everything to me, and it hit me — if I didn’t make a change, I might not be around to watch them grow up.
When I lost my dad at 18, I had to grow up fast. I watched him fight cancer and become the strongest, healthiest version of himself near the end of his life.
That stuck with me. I wanted my kids to see that version of me — not the one who kept saying, “I’ll start next week.” So I got serious. Not perfect. Not extreme. Just real. I cut out added sugars and processed food for a year. I started walking every single day. At first, 10 minutes. Then 20. Then the gym.
After six months of showing up every day, I built a routine that felt like mine. And that’s when everything changed.
I didn’t just lose weight — I gained consistency, discipline, and a whole new relationship with food. Now, I help others do the same. No fluff. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just real structure, real mindset shifts, and real movement that lasts.
