The Keep Moving Method is my coaching philosophy and step-by-step framework. It’s how I went from over 400 lbs to 225 lbs naturally, and how I now help others do the same. No crash diets, no extreme rules—just smart training, realistic nutrition, and habits you can live with.

Why I Built This Method

I didn’t grow up as the “fit guy.” I was the one who kept restarting on Monday, trying another diet, and quitting whenever life got busy. When I finally lost over 225 lbs naturally, I realized it wasn’t one perfect plan that changed everything—it was a simple system I could keep doing on good days and bad ones.

The Keep Moving Method was born from that journey. It’s designed for real people with real lives: jobs, kids, late nights, concerts, weekends, and everything in between. My goal is to help you lose the weight, get stronger, and still feel like yourself.
